Is the product found on the website available? Can I purchase them online / over the phone?
: The product featured on our website will be available unless it has run out of stock. eMail and Phone orders are available but you must make payment on our webstore right after.
Summer Collection Exchange Policy
: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to No 22, Jalan Orkid 5, Taman Orkid Batu 9, Cheras Selangor, Malaysia.
: We currently do not offer delivery services to areas outside of Malaysia.
Payment Types for Bulk Order
– For Internet Transfer: The customer must have a local bank account and the additional bank charges for using this service will be borne by the customer.
– For Remittance: All bank charges will be borne by the customer.
– For Check Payment: Check payment must be cleared before we can arrange for the delivery.
